Running is the best way to stay fit. I have been away from physical activity...but slowly when i started to worry about my health...first thing i did was running and slowly from few meter to many kilometer...it ia going pretty well

Running definitely hits a number of buttons for me. Besides being a great physical activity, it really is such a good stress release. Nothing beats getting outdoors soaking in a little nature while you get your exercise in!
That's ..true...soaking in sweat helps to remain active throughout the day. I still loves to take 5-6 km per day
