Started at my new store today and got to know some of my new team member. I saw lots of opportunities I will have to address as the new merchandising manager for this store. It will be a tough one to retrain lots of people but at the same time it will be rewarding in just a few months when we start seeing an increase in sales with much better habits.

I rarely get over 20,000 steps so I know how hard it is to do it!
