RE: Daily blog and Actifit Report Card: February 27 2019

You will feel better with a news diet. Since about 6 months after Trump was elected I had to go on a news diet. I am now very selective about what I read and when I read it. I also don't let myself get upset or engaged too often. However, the most positive step I have made is severely limiting facebook use. I have way to many misinformed relatives and friends on Facebook who think everything Fox News says is true and regularly share fake posts. So take a break. Focus on what you can do to make a difference. Brexit is insane in the same way that electing Trump is insane. Too many mislead and misinformed people. In your case, the UK would have been better to stay in and try to force change in the EU--the rules clearly need some tweaking.

Oh yeah, this news diet has spectacularly failed! Things are annoyingly interesting here in the UK. I agree with you, thats how it all started but its far more complicated than that now. I have no clue where this is all going to go in the next couple of weeks. All I know is all of the options are going to piss off most of the country in one way or another.
