My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2026
Pretty good day with a better run today along with some nice walking with Lulu.
My run looped around the neighboring housing area. The initial uphill mile was pretty good and my legs felt good.
The middle few miles were relaxed and I wound down through the various quiet streets before hitting a short easy trail section before a quick final flat leg home.
2 miles hiking along the peaceful dirt trails along the Verde River with Lulu.
A few people out with us but most of our walk was quiet except for a few birds.
Off the Prescott tomorrow for a family day trip and shopping for some good organic food.
