Why adm make negative randomly

nothing to say. But I don't know what is happening. if do not explain. I have several teams of writer who write for me. I also right my own content too. But suddenly i see @adm marking all my post as negative no comment or nothing showing. if we post thousand of an article. of course, 1-2 article can be made mistake. even bill gates make mistake. so anyone is not 100% ensure. adm should discuss and show the source. I have no idea how they promote the community. everywhere there is a spam post. even here. also, people can share idea even same article different version. But no idea why @adm did it. GNO I write my self. may be few concept background I copy paste. because the background is not my own story or idea. Where i earn more than 10$ due to @adm negative marking it is now zero. which is fully dis appointed. however I think it is the good topic to and discuss about it. it is same time remove my reputation 32 to 6. very interesting. But I have proof. even my own sample or modify article make a serious amount of money. so @adm should explain. when he have a chance.
I continue righting. I don't know @adm power. But I can say @adm did something surely wrong. when I have enough position then @adm. then add may meet with me. and know me. say oh I did a mistake. and that time I can say the mistake make him hold to improve his idea or business.
Because it seems like everything you post is copy/pasted. And if someone copy/pastes enough, without clearly marking what is not theirs, it's hard to tell what's original.
that is not. if you believe copy paste. then how that article get vote and earn some money. you should read and get the idea.
Some example help you to understand. explain me. how you think about that. those are multi millionaire website Where showing same title. and its it a news.

So my question how to share those idea or news which are not available in your community?
see in title but it is rewrite and everywhere its posted with rewrite article. if it is a news. no way to make it own story or article.
The same news people do different way. CNN BBC reuters. each and every company share the news. Then its seems to you all is duplicate?
you should think that way may get the answer. and should remove your all negative marking. and should give some positive marking.
