Adopting changes...

We can't deny change. Change is inevitable. And resisting change doesn't make it stop. What we usually believe that we can live our lives like the way we used to be ignoring all the changes. There are only a few who don't feel fear about any change. It's essential to understand what we really want and how to react. And that's why without ignoring changes we should try to adopt them.

But, How can we adopt changes, when we actually hate them/ not open for them?

Well, there's always some way to make ourselves fit in every situation. Just we need to understand ourselves better and also our surroundings. So here I'm gonna talk about a few things that I feel can be helpful to adopt any kind of change. I mean you can apply this in your professional to personal life, both.

First of all, we need to deal with our emotional stage about the change. It's not always possible to be open to all changes. Some even break our hearts. Giving up on something, losing something may heart us. But we can get many other things from the change. So we need to settle down with our emotional stage towards the changes.

We need to reevaluate our perspectives. Change brings loss, uncertainty, and discomfort for sure. But if we can step back and try to see the bigger picture, maybe we will be able to track our emotions and migrate our point of view.

Patience. There's no such effective thing as this one. Observe everything around you and wait for it. Have patient on your emotions and let it be. We need not push too hard to adopt everything. Take your time and learn slowly.

Every situation is different. Every life story is different. But if we can follow these three, I hope it will be a lot more helpful. Or you can even build your own strategy to adopt the changes that you think can help you. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what you followed, rather how you adopt and get the juice out of every change.
