When Literature is Your Personal Trainer

There are opportunities when we feel disoriented, sad and even afraid. In those moments, normally, we feel that our brain is blank and we do not know what to do, how to respond to the vicissitudes we are living. Some people turn to a friend, perhaps a trusted relative, some even choose to stick their head in the sand like an ostrich so as not to know anything about what surrounds them.

One of the exits that has become fashionable in recent years is the figure of personal coaching who with his knowledge is able to guide or channel the negative feelings that people may be suffering. Coaching is really a tool, or a set of tools for individual and professional development. It is the art of self-knowledge. But coaching is, especially, a professional practice that seeks to achieve significant achievements in the personal and/or professional life of the individual.

According to the previous concept, we can intuit that some people, with the indicated knowledge, can help us to solve problems and reach our objectives. That is to say, these people, prepared and trained, can see the person that we are and help us to be the person that we want to be. Obviously for that they will use exercises and techniques that will not only serve to overcome obstacles but also to achieve objectives.

Although it may seem unusual, literature can sometimes work the same way. A good book can not only entertain, it can also serve to guide the reader in a given moment under a borderline situation. An essay, a short story, a novel and even a poem can help us to see ourselves reflected in the lines we read and imagine in that story: that is, there is an identification between reader and character. Thus, we have books to which we return again and again; books that we recommend and that make us reflect on life. These books, which are not self-help books, contribute greatly to alleviating a sorrow and even to helping us make certain decisions. Let's leave here three great poems that will not only change our view of the world, but also the way we approach our problems:

Don't give up

Do not give up, you're still in time to reach and start again, accept your shadows, bury your fears, release the ballast, retake the flight.
Do not surrender that life is that, continue the journey, pursue your dreams, unlock time, run the rubble and uncover the sky.
Don't give up, please don't give in, even if the cold burns, even if the fear bites, even if the sun hides and the wind stops.
There is still fire in your soul, there is still life in your dreams, because life is yours and desire is yours too, because you wanted it and because I love you.
Because there is wine and love, it is true, because there are no wounds that do not heal time, open the doors remove the locks, leave the walls that protected you.
Live life and accept the challenge, recover laughter, rehearse the song, lower your guard and extend your hands, spread your wings and try again, celebrate life and retake the heavens.
Don't give up please don't give in, even if the cold burns, even if the fear bites, even if the sun sets and the wind stops.
There is still fire in your soul, there is still life in your dreams, because every day is a beginning, because this is the hour and the best time, because you are not alone, because I love you.

This is perhaps one of Mario Benedetti's best-known poems. In it we see how we can never give up, that we always have to fight. From the same title we find the firm thought of not giving up in the face of any obstacle. The lyrical voice accepts that we can find obstacles; that there can be cold and loneliness in the way; that perhaps after the storm, the sun late to appear; that we must open our hearts, not only so that the bad comes out, but also so that the good enters. This poem is a hymn for those who are sick and feel that they lack strength, for those who are tired and short of breath, for those who are disoriented and need light: never give up, because perhaps the end of something is the beginning of everything, and there is always time to begin.

Roll the dice

If you are going to try, go all the way.
Otherwise, don't even start.

If you are going to try, go all the way.
This can mean losing girlfriends,
wives,
relatives,
jobs and,
maybe your sanity.

Go all the way.
This can mean not eating for 3 or 4 days.
This can mean freezing on a park bench.
This can mean jail.
This can mean mockery, scorn, loneliness...
Loneliness is a gift.
The others are proof of your insistence, or
how much you really want to do it.
And you will,
despite the rejection and the disadvantages,
and it will be better than anything you've ever imagined.

If you're going to try, go all the way.
There is no other feeling like that.
You will be alone with the gods
and the nights will be lit with fire.

Do it, do it, do it.
Do it.
Until the end,
until the end.

You will lead life directly to the perfect laughter.
It's the only good fight there is.

Throwing the Dice is one of Charles Bukowski's best-known and most quoted poems. In it we can see how the lyrical voice suggests to us that if we are going to start something, we must take it to the end. We must not leave anything halfway, unfinished, do only a fraction. We must give everything, 100% of our strength, of our spirit. It is true that the passion with which we assume things can take us to the limit, hence we can live negative experiences, but also positive because reality is suffered, but also enjoyed. With this poem, the poetic speaker invites us to roll the dice, to participate in the game, not to remain as spectators. It's betting on action, on life, because whoever plays has two possibilities: lose or win! Then we understand that expression reiterated in the poem: Do it, do it, do it; and that is that doing it is the only way to reach the end.

Love after love

The day will come
in that, exultant,
you're gonna say hello to yourself when you get there.
to your own door, in your own mirror,
and each will smile at the welcome of the other,
and say, sit here. Eat.
Once again you will love the stranger you were to yourself.
Give him wine. Give him bread. Give him back his heart
to your heart, to that stranger who has loved you
all your life, whom you ignored
for another, and who knows you by heart.
Download the love letters from the shelves,
the photos, the desperate notes,
tear out your own image from the mirror.
Sit down. Make your life a feast.

This poem by Derek Walcott is perhaps one of the most extraordinary poems of self-love. But not of the unbridled and vain egoism, but of that love that comes with time. In these lines, the lyrical voice tells us that the moment will come when we will accept each other, that we will recognize each other, that we will be able to live with the other that we also are. Self-esteem involves admitting your defects, assuming your shortcomings, recognizing your limits and loving yourself as you are. At the end of the day, who better to love us than ourselves?

In short, just as some people are able to consult, for example, the I Ching because it is believed that it can describe the present situation of the one who consults it and can predict the way in which any problem will be solved if you act as indicated by the oracle, so some people can find between the pages of a book the solution to your problem; if you ever feel that you have doubts, that you are disoriented, perhaps with the reading of some book you will be able to see the way clearer and make your thoughts more lucid. Reading will not only give you pleasure and knowledge, it will surely make you evolve, expand your mind and why not, can help you see what may be invisible to our eyes.

Reading frees us, just as it connects us. It is an addiction that we take pleasure to feed, because reading opens our mind and to live another life, to discover certain things that we did not know and that afterwards, we seem great ! That's also reading, it's learning to understand better.

Our mind is like a sponge, it records all the information it finds and sees, and a book filled with carefully written word can only be beneficial for your own spelling. Try, you'll see, it's miraculous!

Reading is a happiness, it provides an intense pleasure, that of being able to live adventures with fictional characters, to discover an original story and to try to understand it while believing itself inside of it!

Hardly any examinations have researched preparing for men, notwithstanding, preparing in ladies has been appeared to practice standards of conduct, enhance perceptual advantage to-concern proportion for exercise (decisional equalization), and increment certainty to pick practice even with other time requests (booking self-efficacy).Personal preparing results in higher quality, higher exercise powers, and higher saw effort amid exercise in ladies. In spite of the fact that ladies working with fitness coaches do self-select heavier burdens than ladies who did not, the heaps utilized are still beneath prescribed preparing load rates.

The best fitness coach books might be hard to reveal, as of not long ago. Underneath, you'll discover 13 of my most loved fitness coach books put into classes that are critical to mentors with high goals, including:

Business, Sales and Marketing

Adaptability and Pain Management

Quality and Hypertrophy

Power, Olympic Lifting, Athletic Performance

Nourishment

Self-awareness

The majority of these books are fitness coach particular, which means they were composed particularly for you. I included a couple of industry-rationalist books in the blend just to give some knowledge into other important individual preparing ranges of abilities.

In my opinion, books have demonstrated throughout history that they are the most important pillar of human culture. I believe that they are one of the most relevant creations of the human being since the book appears as one of the most common forms of recording data, information and numerous other elements that ultimately make the identity of the human being as part of civilization. Therefore, I found it interesting and important to highlight the benefits of reading and to make it known that books and documents can be restored, in order to preserve them and continue to pass on their values from generation to generation.

An interest in reading should be instilled in a baby from birth and try to make it a habit. It is essential for children to learn to seek knowledge through reading from the earliest age. It is not necessary to wait for a child to read so that he can have contact with books, as there are books for all ages. From birth, contact with books promotes so-called "emergent reading" in several phases: Before the age of 2, emergent reading means making contact with printed text, beginning by differentiating drawings and objects from spelling, knowing that both are related to each other, and later beginning to know the structure of the stories told, which contain beginning, development and end. From the age of 2, the child ceases to be prelinguistic, so that this emerging reading is now directed towards the progress of language and the enrichment of their vocabulary. This forms the foundation for the subsequent development of reading. From the age of 3, the interpretation that these small traces are the letters will begin. From this moment on, a path of infinite possibilities for the development of the person opens up. Another benefit of reading is generated when adults read books to children (either because they do not know how to read or because they seek to stimulate and encourage them to enter the universe of the book), since they establish a link with them, allowing a special bond to be formed between both parties.

In conclusion, the benefits of reading a book are, in my opinion, incalculable.

My undisputed top choice is the mentor I once observed who had a paying customer running on the treadmill while he sat on the floor beside the machine, his telephone in the middle of his legs, a daily paper in his grasp and a sandwich and latte close by!

It was really this precedent that at long last convinced me to begin my very own preparation business, Ultimate Performance. I just couldn't take it any longer and needed to demonstrate to the world, and possibly to myself, that there was (is) a vastly improved way.

All great fitness coaches ought to be objective driven. In the event that there's no endgame at that point you're simply discretionarily seeking after an outcome. In any case, you don't need a mentor who is exclusively result driven. On the off chance that you come to me with the end goal to lose 20lbs and all I care about is the result then I starve you half to death and in the blink of an eye at everything that weight will be lost. Bank exchange will do pleasantly, thanks in particular.

A decent coach will adopt an alternate strategy. He will dependably work with you on accomplishing your result, yet more than that he will work with you on settling your practices so whatever happens to the particular objective, you will leave away with an instruction, better propensities, and the understanding that awesome wellbeing and wellness is a long lasting interest as opposed to something that you improve the situation a 12-week individual preparing plan.

Not very many fitness coaches consider their customers other than the hour that they're with them in the exercise center. Being an incredible fitness coach implies being put resources into your customer's advancement and that requires an entire exhibit of way of life changes, all of which require a blend of help, support, pestering and at times even a touch of prudent harassing!

This makes the activity of fitness coach far beyond a 9-5 and is one of the numerous reasons why substandard mentors are frequently simply rec center sitters.

In my opinion, in the life of any person, regardless of age, professional affiliation, the book has always had, and I hope ... I dare to hope that it has a big role today, because it is a source of information, information from very different plan, which helps in self-education, in education, simply in the organization of leisure. The book is needed in order to be an interesting person for himself, for others, for friends, for peers. It is possible to underline information and knowledge from various sources, but the book also gives tactile sensations and see the page, feel this spirit - it is not just typographical paint, it is really the feeling that you are in contact with a thing that characterizes a certain era time. Moreover, I think that any reasonable person understands the value of a book. Moreover, today's gadgets that have entered our lives occupy a lot of space in it. Yes, they allow you to quickly find out the information, but in order to plunge into some world, to escape from the hustle and bustle, from some domestic problems, you need to take a book in your hands in order to receive both the pleasure and the information component. Moreover, to understand that you are both modern and intelligent, and literate.

That's right, @aydogdy. you told the truth: the book is one of the most important instruments of our society! With it, the human being not only has fun, but also manages to get out of one of the most terrible obscurities that a society can live: ignorance. The one who has had a book in his hands knows the powerful weapon he wields. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Yes! Literature's Could Assist to Jerk Us From Inertia and Stupor We Inadvertently Found Ourselves , Whenever We Decide To Draw Knowledge and act the "Way Forward" as From Most of The Fiction Texts , Exposed To Priorly!!

I am a Living Testimony To This Assertion.
