The Society and Projects
ADSactly is a society of individuals in pursuit of the idea of freedom from financial shackles of centralized banking institutions as well as freedom from government-imposed regulations that is nothing but legalized theft of individual's resources.
The society's members cooperate on various projects started and funded by our members on the individual basis. Please note that the society, as an entity, does not support, fund or start any projects. All of the ADSactly projects are started, funded and led by our members on the individual basis.
The ADSActly society is a society of free thinking individuals and does not bear any legal or moral responsibilities for whatever members decide to do as free individuals. This is to establish the premise that there is no group responsibility, as we are not communists nor socialists.
Each of our projects has an owner, leader or person in charge and a team. People involved in a project do their jobs as free individuals and take responsibility for what they do. All projects are centralized and run by their respective administrations. Business ventures cannot be decentralized as there is always people who invest, people who contribute and people who get paid for doing the jobs.
If we try to decentralize projects, it would lead to decay into chaos as we already witnessed on several occasions in various settings. This would also be a practice of communist economies which failed every time. Therefore our projects are and will remain centralized.
Each individual member bears sole moral and legal responsibility for his/her actions according to the laws of residence and ADSactly society, as a non-registred, decentralized entity bears none. Whatever you do can be and will be traced to you and only to you. ADSactly is a meeting point, cooperative environment, not a centralized system with a CEO in charge while all projects run by members of ADSactly have an administration that steers them.

In view of the realization of the country's progress without any manpower, and the real needs of the country and abroad, the government has taken several effective steps to achieve the overall development of technical education and is continuing to take care of it. As a part of it, under the Ministry of Education, technical and madrasa education Or with the help of Department of Technical Education under the Department The project titled "Skills and Training Enhancement Project (STEP)." The project has been extended for the next three (3) years (July 2016 - June, 2019) with the completion of the project for the first six years (July 2010 - June 2016). The Bangladesh government, World Bank and Canada are jointly funding the project. The development partners have allocated a total of 1782 crores for continuing to improve the education. The initial estimated cost of Rs 849 crore due to the satisfactory progress of the project implementation, development agencies have also allocated an additional Rs 933 crore.
The main purpose of the STEP project is to improve poverty and unemployment through the development and expansion of technical education and training to make socio-economic education available to socio-economically backward students and create employment opportunities and increase their poverty....

what is the difference between project centralization and decentralization ?
Depending on the level of the hierarchy at which the most important management decisions are made, the organizations are called centralized and decentralized. Centralization implies concentrating in the hands of decision-making, i.e., higher the level of reserves the greater part of the powers to manage the organization. Managers make decisions, middle-level managers coordinate and transfer them, and employees perform. The larger the organization, the more complex issues it solves. It is often necessary to make decisions quickly in connection with the behavior of competitors, changing customer needs etc. In this case, it is necessary to resort to decentralization. Decentralized organizations are those organizations in which the powers are distributed to the lower levels of management, which allows you to quickly solve the problem, because more people are involved in achieving the result.
Advantages of centralization in the economy of scale of activity, coordination. However, the higher the degree of centralization, the more delays in decision-making. The degree of diversification of production is the main factor determining the grouping by Department. On the other hand, the degree of interdependence of offices affects the depth of decentralization.
If the organization consists of a number of independent industries, maximum decentralization is possible. Organizations seeking to grow within a single industry tend to maintain a functional decentralized structure, while a diversified firm organizes decentralized offices by product or geographic location.
