we must have been hugged. and when in a hug, especially from loved ones will give a sense of calm, happy fan relieves anger.
I have experience when a transvestite felt ridiculed and called his friends to intimidate and threatened to burn our workplace.
when everyone was frightened then I came and hugged one of them then I spoke while still hugging him. initially still a little angry but slowly while I looked there would be no more of our students who mocked them then they could we invite to reconcile.
