Yes there have been undoubtedly miss management and lack of transparency in the Zuma era.
With Cyril Ramaphosa as the new president of South Africa seems have restored hope to the people.

I personally will commend Jacob Zuma for his resignation which is not as easy as it looks on the eye. It shows democracy is being practice and only with time we will get better.
