You see, successful business owners use the last month of the year, to plan the next year step-by-step.
Nothing is left to chance really (at least as far as you can control that)
When the masses are getting focused on season festivities, shopping & holidays in December, most successful entrepreneurs go into isolation for a few days to do their crucial planning for the next year.
When the masses are catching up with sleep or rolling out new year resolutions in January, successful business owners are already busy taking MASSIVE ACTION to be ahead of their game.
When I learnt how to do the right powerful planning for the coming year, it brought my business to new heights in a way I have never witnessed before.
Nothing was left to chance, or hope, or a 'let's see how this goes' anymore...
....and it made all the difference!
However, planning your steps for the new year the right way, so you can truly grow in all aspects of your life, including financially, is just one strategy or tool I learnt...
There is one overarching ingredient that allowed me to grow a very successful African business.
