You know you're getting old(er) when....

Not that 50's is old, anymore, but still.

Today was the first time that I looked at my pill reminder box to determine the day of the week. It's Wednesday by the way.

Not that I mind getting older, love it in fact, just wish my memory was better. I don't think Google is helping me either. For a long time I've followed Albert Einstein's advice to "never memorise anything which you can look up". Except now I can't remember a lot of things! I'm trying to improve my memory now just by going to the store without my list. Though I usually take a picture of it on my phone before I go, just in case.

I still remember the names of my children, most of the time. I don't call them by the dog's name anymore at least.
