I Asked AI to Plan My Entire Day. Here's The Result
So I was super lazy yesterday and decided to let AI plan my entire day.
Morning 8am: "What's the best breakfast for energy?"
AI: Oatmeal with berries + coffee
Work 9am-12pm: "Suggest a task list for maximum productivity"
AI: [3 deep work blocks + 2 breaks]
Lunch 12pm: "Quick healthy lunch under 500 calories"
AI: Grilled chicken salad + apple
Evening 6pm: "Quick workout at home"
AI: 20 min HIIT - no equipment needed
Bedtime 10pm: "Relaxing routine"
AI: Reading + meditation + no screens
And you know what?
It was actually ONE OF THE BEST DAYS I've had in months.
Like... why have I been spending mental energy on planning when AI can do it better?
Anyone else tried this? Or am I just becoming dependent lol 😂
