Jeungki
Jingki or jeungki is a traditional tool made of wood choice used by the people of Aceh to pound rice into rice or pound rice into flour in the era before 1990. This tool is very easy to find almost every house in the villages. Now this tool is very rarely used and found because it has been replaced by modern tools.
This tool is used by moving the foot at the point of overpassing the tip of the lever so that it gives a harder blow. At the end of the lever is installed a skeleton consisting of 2 (two) perpendicular portions connected by timbre (timer) harizontal so that jeungki will rise and fall. At the other end of the place is a pestle alu (alee in Acehnese) to pound the dimple. (acehpedia.org)
