I had peptic ulcer disease when I was in School. It was very serious. Several times, i was in the hospital until i was told never to be hungry before eating, if already hungry for so long i must drink milk before the food and lastly I should always have cimetidine ( i hope correct) with me at all times.
Yeah! You are very correct @Adoore-eu, milk helps. Cimetidine is one of the drugs used for treating it. Excessive fasting can lead to ulcers.
