RE: #AIR-CLINIC HEALTH TALK: Peptic Ulcer Disease (PUD)
I suffered severe PUD last year. It was extremely painful and uncomfortable. Though I feel better now, I still get the burning sensation every now and then especially when I eat spicy food or fried foods. I think I need to completely avoid them for a long while to give chance for the wound to heal.
Thank you @air-clinic for this post
Hey @Scarletmedia,
Sorry about that dear.
Many ladies suffer PUD which they got from using Over-the-counter analgesics for their menstrual cramps.
With careful food therapy and appropriate medications, it can get better.
Cheers!
Thank you @air-clinic. I'll keep that in mind too! ...
