When Sick, Visit Hospital Quickly “Air-Clinic”

in #air-clinic8 years ago (edited)

It all started on a Friday morning. I was just walking to the kitchen from my room, when I noticed some slight tramping sounds inside my head. It continued while I walked but ceased immediately I stopped walking.

“I wasn't ill yesterday, I ate well before eating and I wasn't even feeling tired, so why should I be having a headache?” I said to myself.

Anyway, since I haven't had any signs of illness, it must be those normal headaches that comes and goes. I must have thought too much about work. I ate, had my bath and zoomed off for another day at work. Everything was going fine at work, not until I tried walking out of my office and then I noticed I almost fell, just as I could hear the tramping sound in my head again.

“Idris! Idris! Please get me some water” I called out to my friend who was just sitting on a chair beside my office. Seeing me on the floor, he quickly ran to a nearby shop to get me water, an energy drink and some snacks.

After eating, I was quite fine again. “What happened?” Idris asked. “Nothing friend. I didn't eat before coming to work today so I was feeling really dizzy” I replied. “I'm so sorry. Please, next time eat” Idris said to me as he looked at me in surprise. I had lied to him though. I wasn't ready for his teasing.

Thirty minutes later, I was feeling dizzy again and decided to buy another energy drink. Just as I stepped out of my office, I fell again. In an hour, I saw myself at the hospital. I didn't know how I got there. Later on, Idris told me he had brought me to the hospital after I fainted beside my office.

That day, I promised myself to always see the doctor at any slight change in my health. Health is wealth. Self medication should be stopped. When sick, please visit the hospital.
