For me it wasn't failed, I registred fast and get my $40 and then I invited a few friends and get more $40 from it, then I withdraw it directly and converted it into bitcoin, so I've eanerned more than 0.01 bitcoin from that. But now their wallet is offline in bittrex, so I am happy about what I get, but not happy about that I invited a lot of people and they are asking me now. I wish they will fix everything.
