Spectrum Economics Puzzle By @spectrumecons
You shouldn't miss this contest if you have a penchant for figures. This contest appears to be strictly maths-based. Bet you'd need your calculator here so keep it handy. Meanwhile if (like me), you found maths a pain in the ass back in high school, you may as well not bother yourself. Just let sleeping dogs lie. Lol!
So far spectrum economics puzzle has seen just two editions, the third to be announced any time.
The prize for the winner is half the payout from the post

Mash Up Puzzle Contest By @autonomysystem
If you are in need of some good upvote on your post, this contest is certainly for you.
Mash up of course suggests a mix up of things. This contest basically involves making a guess of whatever is presented in the given edition. It could be an image of anything fragmented into almost indecipherable pieces. You name what object it is and stand a chance of emerging winner.
Prize: an upvote on your post from the organizer.
This might just be another opportunity of inviting some whale signature on your blog. Sure a try wouldn’t hurt. Who knows what the upvote might be worth?

Haiku Contest By @cathi-xx
Haiku…Hmmm! I first heard of this name as a freshman in the univ – precisely in Introduction to Poetry class. Haiku is a traditional Japanese poetic form made up of three lines, with 5, 7, 5, syllables respectively for each line; thus, totaling 17 syllables in the poem. One thing I love about haiku is it is very memorable – obviously owing to its short form. The sample we learnt back then in school still rings very clear in my head… But let me not bore you with those; though your appreciation of poetic art wouldn’t be a bad thing here…
Back to focus. Haiku contests are basically occupied with guessing the names of the characters from given movies whose qualities are portrayed in the short poem. At times though, the guess is on the name of the movie in which a character/actor described in the poem features.
The character for the current edition is drawn from the movie Game of Thrones #16. Now that’s a great one, isn't it? And the haiku for the edition goes thus:
Inattentive bind
Indifferent arrangement
Uprooted descent
If you can match these qualities to a particular character in this popular movie, you should consider partaking in this contest.

You think? U better decide o.
Looks like you have a point with that immortality thing after all. Perhaps it's the reason some of the few i learnt in school sticks still to my head. Lol! Let me reproduce one below:
Besides, haiku well predates any of us. So what's the Yoruba word that it resembles anyway?
