We have been in direct territorial conflict with the Reticulians since the 45 shoot down at Roswell. When their vessels make a hyperspace jump and appear near our planet or within our atmosphere, they produce a neutrino light burst, which are detected and targeted with scalar EMPs, Particle Beam weapons and Scalar Interferometer Weapons present on the surface and in Earth's orbit. A spiral effect, as seen in this vid as well as the Norway Lights is produced when Scalar interferometry is done.
