Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. I am also, Alhamdulillah, doing very well by the endless mercy of Allah. Today I will discuss a palace with you, which dates back to around 1975 to 1980, and the pillars and houses from that time have now become a tourist center, a historical place. The name of this place is Shyamsundar Temple. There are two buildings here, and the first building is this one.

Here, there is only a single-story building, and this building was made in that era. This temple is so beautiful that you might be able to see it through pictures, but when I saw it in person, the feeling was completely different. The area around the temple building was beautifully arranged and designed. The foundation was built very strongly and nicely all around. There are also several doors and sitting areas all around. The beauty is created from the sides of the building, which I hope you will find very pleasing to see.

If you want to visit Shyamsundar temple, you will have to come to Bangladesh first, and from anywhere in the capital, you need to go to Natore district. After reaching this district, it will be very easy to guide you, quite simply, you can just say that you want to go to Natore Rajbari. Very easily, it will first take you right here, and there are quite a few places where you can spend your time very nicely. Anyway, the name of this place is Shyamsundar, and there is a sign written here saying that.

I mentioned at the beginning that there are two buildings here. I’ve already shown you the first one, and there was no option to go inside it. But the other one next to it, you could go inside. It's a bit different, though its name is the same. Sometimes prayers are held here, big festivals are celebrated for the Hindu community, and weddings also take place. The systems of this building are exactly the same, and the buildings in those systems are similar. But the tall doors and beautiful decorations are really nice to see.

After entering inside, I noticed a different kind of system, but I felt a little scared to go in because I didn’t know any people from the Hindu community. Since I am a Muslim, I felt a bit hesitant about entering their homes or worship halls—it’s hard to explain. Still, I mustered up the courage and went inside. There was no one around, and as I entered, I saw a woman who was working there. She gave me some instructions on how to walk around, what to do, what not to do, and so on.

First of all, I went there with a purpose; it was a tourist spot, and I had read about it many times. Also, I went there on the 11th, last Friday. After going there, I had a really nice time. After going there, I took a selfie, but another thing that is important, as you can see, is a room and it’s open all around. I asked that lady what actually happens here, and she said that different types of festivals take place here, like Puja pandals, wedding ceremonies, or similar types of events

The woman kept telling me that to go upstairs, I had to take off my shoes; maybe this is one of their most sacred places. She said this out of respect for that. Even though she helped me go upstairs, I enjoyed it beautifully from outside. Anyway, if you want to enter here, you just need to buy a ticket for a small 20 Taka. According to the current exchange, that's only four streams. With this, you can easily enter inside, and in the open environment, you can enjoy beautiful moments and take pictures very easily.
