I am me, and in my life there are two bright heroes: strawberries and apples. They are unusual, like two different worlds, although both are my favorites, and I love them for giving me taste, joy and health.

Strawberries are my passion. She was born in distant times, when some mysterious farmers accidentally left seeds in the ground and received small red lumps with a subtle aroma. She's like a little sun that has its roots, its stories. Today it grows in greenhouses and fields, probably somewhere in the universe - under the heat of the sun and under human protection. And I imagine that it is a sweet sigh of spring, the chattering of butterflies and the sun that pours from each of its droplets. It is useful because it contains vitamins that strengthen my immunity, and antioxidants that help fight stress and low mood.

And apples are something special. They grow on tall trees, as if hanging in the air, keeping the stories of millennia. Their history is very ancient, and, probably, they were the first to meet a person - after all, in ancient times, people collected gifts from trees, as if they were looking for treasures. Apples are a symbol of health, because they contain fiber, vitamins and have a charge of vigor. They nourish the body and soul, help me focus and feel better. In each apple - the smell of autumn walks, warm days and family gatherings.

They both grow - strawberries in the garden, and apples on the branches, but I feel that they are my little wizards. They teach me to appreciate the natural gifts, cherish them and enjoy every bite. And let each of them have their own origins, their own stories - for me they will always be together, because they connect not only taste, but also the fact that they make my life brighter and healthier.
