Yeah, that's a very common issue, unfortunately for the trees... Sometimes they start affecting the foundations of the buildings, making them really hazardous to live in. 😐

Yes... it is something that needs to be planned for when the neighbourhood is planned.... but that sort of long term planning wasn't really in vogue in the 60s!
