Converting my allotment into a no dig plot

Because i suffer with my back I have decided to convert to a no dig method of gardening.
Also after watching many of the wonderful charles dowding videos on no dig, i firmly belive this is the best method to protect the soil life.
Money is always at the centre of everything....thus i have to be a bit more inventive in finding my mulch layer......see here how Ive made a start
