RE: Resteeming Steem Posts just got EASY!

in #altyes6 years ago

I really like the concept and was also writing about it! Q: when I see the thumbnail of your post I see the image, but while opening the post...that image is gone.. Is that a part of the deal as well.. (im still in discovery modus)

Sort:

which image are you seeing? the AltYes Logo or the box of what the extension looks like?
My resteem I added the Logo to the top of my post. Basically wrote a normal post with my footers and everything and then put that in the extension box for my type. .. so on my resteemed post I like the way it looks, yet it still is a resteem and pulls up the graphics of the resteem post...

did I make any sense?

Well....the top one is the thumbnail what I was curious about... and the upcoming bottom one is what I saw in the post

The thumbnail image can't be found in your post as I am seeing it, which I find a bummer! Putting the logo in the post is good, branding is everything! But not finding the image Im not sure if that was your intention...(or was it? :D)

if you look on Steemit.com it shows my real Thumbnail

Steampeak doesn't

all work in progress as jackmiller described above. The feature itself is very tempting and will help loads of stuff!

yeah. I think so too :D

Every site scrapes what it wants to, will pass on the comment to the dev team, but I am not sure we can cater to every single social networking site that we plan on adding to the list.

Unfortunately ever site has "a mind of its own" as I like to describe it!

thanks for the feedback @jackmiller !

What I am saying, I was just wondering and not even being critic. I get it that working with all the other front end that some glichtes are still here and there before all of them are doing what you actually want them to do. Loving the features though! The whole concept is really an awesome extend for communities
