The Robots they are using were designed in 'Estonia'
These Machines run at 4MPH Speed and they are 55cm x 70cm in size. The Maximum weight they can carry is 10KGs inside a Secured Compartment.
So, Here's how it works.
You Order Some Food from your local restaurant. The food Package is kept inside the Robot and the Robot will travel on its own to your House. Once the Robot is outside your door, you will receive a Text message with a Unique Code to Unlock the Robot.

Designed and Manufactured by Starship Technologies, established in 2014 by the co-founders of Skype. They are designed to deliver foods, packages and goods to consumers within a short radius of their point of origin.
The Robots are Designed to drive totally unaided while being monitored by human operators in control centres who can take over at any time
While it may sound slightly bonkers, these nifty little bots have already driven close to 5,000 miles and met over 400,000 people without a single accident.
The robots use cameras, sensors and other technology to navigate their way through urban streets, avoid obstacles and cross roads safely.
It’s anticipated that within the next few years, ordering your takeaway or parcel will never be the same again in United Kingdom.
