Chanterelles

Chanterelles are yellow-orange in color, have a pleasant smell and very tasty mushrooms, I personally think the best. They can be prepared in different ways, I prefer to make them like chanterelles with eggs, they can also be cooked in soup or a sauce can be made from them.
