Most livable state in america

Disabled people are not Florida. not any of the southern states. Neither are the midwest states. Maryland and the Atlantic coast to the north are beautiful, but the climate is unbearable. For me, it is the pacific coast states in the west with its mild climate, nature and people. First of all, it's California.

My company has offices in Austin Texas, New York City, and Seattle Washington. I can move to any of these locations at any time. even my very close friends and my wife's brother live in austin. I seriously considered moving to Austin or NYC a few years ago, but couldn't bring myself to leave California.
