Jeff Berwick’s Anarchapulco conference analysis.

in #anarchism8 years ago

My first impression was ‘ this is a very interesting and thought provoking gathering’, even though I was only able to view parts of the conference online.

The whole concept is great indeed.

It becomes a real inspiration when practically the entire world is programmed to stop critical thought and become cyclical consumers.(through the overwhelming amount of commercials and movies and other practices.)

What’s even more interesting is the fact that there’s a huge need globally for real solutions to the overwhelming issues from violence, poverty to elite oppression.

 Gandhi stated:

“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”

I think Anarchapulco should  not only be translated to several languages (or go on tour) but should start to implement a type of academy for the purpose of deprogramming society.

Then we might be able to see the change that most of us wish to see in the world.

The Majority of “successful people” provide no real benefit to their society.

Sports: its nice but does it justify the payroll?

        Actors: same as above

politicians: get away with whatever and get paid for it by the society they claims to server. (nice!)

Now lets contrast that to some anarchapulco guests:

Dale Brown:  head of Threat Management Centers Detroit, Dale Brown. Topics include: the origins and operations of Threat Management Center, the arguments for non-violent outcomes, peace and protection is profitable, self sustaining positive change, the importance of good training in threat management, non lethal weapons in the field, inspiration instead of intimidation, a strong projection with a friendly face, a positive relationship with the community.

Carlos Morales:  inside Child Protective Services and the horrors wrought there, the tragic use of violence against children called 'spanking', hitting children fosters a violent society, statism has people not taking responsibility and the importance of self defence in children and in adults.

That guy T:  universal non-violence, individual freedom, US election gimmicks, feminist push leading towards the election of Hilary Clinton, Rap music as an agent of change, the damaging effects of welfare, modern feminism, Bitcoin.

Whether anarchapulco guests deserve a raise is up for debate however their contribution to  society demands it.

What Jeff Berwick and company are doing with Anarchapulco is absolutely critical to the process of deprogramming modern day Society.

Thanks Jeff Berwick.

Now get me some steemit Dollars and Anarchapulco tickets. :)
