I love the thought exercise of 'If you were in charge of starting on Mars, who would you bring, how would you start?' - knowing what we know now, it would honestly be amazing to start a whole new city (without outside pressures) from scratch.
I think jobs as we understand them will change entirely (which I talked about a little here). That and DAC's :)
