This is one of the reasons why I have chosen to home school my son. Children aren't born bullies, the Prussian education system we have in the west turns them into bullies.

When you take children and stick them into a prison-like system that teaches blind obedience to authority why wouldn't you expect bullies to form?

Bullies realise their powerlessness and seek to ease their pain by repeating the behaviour they are subject to in the master/slave, teacher/pupil dynamic on people they see as subordinate to themselves, they pick out the easy targets and people who don't fight back.

Children should be free-range, not caged and regimented; let children be children.
