But yea, you're right. They didn't fight in the Zomia region for the last 2000 years, disregarding the fact that it's only because it's on mountainous area.
Circuses and Bread and ultimately the fact that what pays for your conveniences and "safety" is the violence and tyranny you chose to turn a blind eye to.
Ultimately you are ok with Rape because you're not the one getting raped, or even worse, because you're getting raped and don't think it's wrong others are getting raped as well: Consent.
