I'm actually not surprised by the population forecast of Russia and China, because I don't believe their governments have a depopulation agenda. Russia is banning all GMO foods and is offering free farmlands to Russians who are willing to farm. China has cancelled their 1-child policy, this is a very significant act to increase or maintain their population.
