I want to have roads, too - built by companies as today. I am quite sure we don't need governments to build roads.

• I don't think there would be chaos. If people refused to pay taxes, governments would be forced to reduce their excessive spending. And I think governments don't need taxes at all. Central banks can just print money to finance governments, as they are doing anyway ;-)
