Learn more about what banks are doing, going full Circle, then planting gnomes inside of government departs, then enact rules or law (that will be useful later), then move to big corporation that takes advantage of the law (e.g. monopoly or making hard for others), then getting into Goldman, then becoming President's Adivisor, then planting more legislation to oil their own finance, then buy Circle and full Circle.
