ANGER. It is a very strong emotion. You feel this emotion like everyone does. Does it make you feel bad when you act it out? When you are angry the complication that goes with it are having a high blood pressures, stress, wrong decisions, words are off-track.
Anger takes your entire life when you allow it to take control your system. It may ruin your career, relationships with your loved ones, friends, colleagues, neighbors. It is obvious that when you are angry you are not happy. Happiness destroyed. Work promotion destroyed. Marriage destroyed and more.
ANGER. Emotion everyone can’t avoid to feel. Let me remind you this, from my previous blog, that always you have the choice, choose happiness. You have the option to wipe it off your systems or at least, not to ruin your life.
Why you are angry? Because of these :

• You think you must get something, but you don’t unfortunately.
• People or things don’t meet your expectations and standards.
• Feeling rejected.
• Feeling fooled
• Feeling betrayed
• Feeling maltreated
• Feeling disrespected
• Feeling ignored
• You get less than from what you think you deserve
• Falsely accused
• Feeling incompetent
• Feeling inadequate
• Feeling useless
Uncontrolled anger usually breaks all your possible relationships into pieces. To people and even to God.

1. Identify the cause of your anger and deal with it using right reason with clear mind and calm spirit instead of blowing it up.
2. Focus on the offense not on the person.
3. Focus not on the sinner but on the sinful behavior.
4. Your actions should bring about the result that is desirable for everyone.

It’s really useful post @aldousph. Most people cannot manage anger and focuses always on the person who did it and not knowing the other side of it.
It takes a lot of discipline mam to suppress anger emotion. Thanks Mam for reading :-)
