This is just another example of prohibitionist bullshit. They can't win the argument so now they are holding their own animals hostage in the hope of tugging at the heartstrings of the population. Dogs can be retrained and they can be socialized. Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know about the animals to speak on the subject.
