No clue why this Anime is still underrated despite being such a good 90s Anime Original Cyberpunk Classic.
Probably cause most people didn't heard of it.Well... even I didn't heard of it. Honestly didn't checked most of the OVA's, especialy those before 2000.Also cyberpunk is not for everyone.Before I was liking cyberpunk realy realy a lot, but now... I still like the "cyber" part, but the "punk" part not anymore.
I know what you mean, Cyberpunk is pretty much either dead or a joke right now, everyone seems to praise stuff like Psycho Pass and other random stuff, but honestly it doesn't come even close to what these old Sci-fi animes used to be.
