The credit analysis company Tokyo Shoko Research (TSR) reported Wednesday that the master studio filed for bankruptcy in the Tokyo court on August 8.

amo was founded in 1993 and had three million yen in capital. The studio has worked as a production assistant and subcontracted work in anime such as Oreimo, Joukamachi no Dandelion, PYSCHO-PASS, THE IDOLM @ STER, DxD Born High School, Yuri !!! on Ice, Sousei no Onmyouji and in four episodes of the recent Black Clover.
