For example, shaking the head for the Indians is meaningful yes / agree or disagree, it depends on the expression of his/her face. But for the Indonesian shaking head is just has mean not or disagree.

I knew about the indian head movement, didn't know about the indonesian one though, thank you so much for the enlightment:)
