You know what they say, muscle weighs more than fat so you might be gaining muscle and losing fat and therefore maintaining your same weight. A lot of people say the better way to do it is to measure yourself at different parts of your body. We are celebrating Thanksgiving in the US tomorrow, so any diet or exercise regime I am on will be going on hiatus!
When it’s holidays it’s holidays! You should enjoy it too the max!
