At least in my exoerience, Its a good medicine for my mind, body and soul. Im charing up my batteries, im feeling the good energy, like really feeling it. And i can give more to my children, more of my presence, my patience, my full attention #self-care

enjoying music and dancing is a super way of relaxing; it takes the mind of other things, it brings us in the moment, and therefor I think this is a kind of meditation, but done in a different way. at least, it works for me like that; and suppose also for you :) like you, after a day/night of music (with or without the dancing) that i really love, spending time with my friends, simply enjoying the here and now, it most of the time feels like I can conquer the world :)
