... chicken, shrimp and quail eggs. One can choose the veggies to be included in the recipe. Most common veggies are carrot, beans, snow peas, brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, pechay, and bell pepper. Anyway, three veggies maybe enough to make a delicious meal. Just lessen the amount of other seasonings or ingredients.
Seasonings for the recipe are: 2 tbs of oil, 3 tbs ground black pepper, 3 tbs soy sauce or oyster sauce, 2 tbs cornstarch to be dissolved in 1 cup of water, 1 cup of water, and salt to taste. All one cup for the measurement of the veggies except the small bell pepper and 1 medium carrot. These should be sliced and cut diagonally same with the veggies. If leafy veggies will be added, one fourth is enough. Remember to fry pan first the meat and shrimp before sauteing.When cooking the veggies, put in first those which need longer cooking then follow the rest. As much as possible, the veggies must be crispy. If the sauce is so thick, add water.The quail eggs must be boiled and use as toppings.
