How do you put them into bread? I love this plant and try to encourage it to grow all over my yard. I drink dandelion root drink every day and love it!!!

When the flowers are fully open I cut off all the green parts and just use the yellow petals and add them into the bread dough with the dry ingredients. Here is a recipe for the bread.

I have never tried the root drink. I will look for some more recipes for the dandelions to use.
