Fitness Journey - Day 11

Today was a bit taxing on the motivation as when I weighted myself the scale didn't budge much but agian in all fairness I have been on and off the last few days with all the personal stuff going on. I have been on point with everything but still I could have been a bit better. I am making it a point for the next few days to be a lot more strict and do a two a day workout. I also took my fitbit off this morning when I showered and being the bone head I am I couldn't find it. I am going to go on the hunt in a bit here cause I have no idea how I could have lost it but I am sure I can track it down.
