Vaour Dolmen, Over 5000 Years Old Megalithic Tomb from the Neolithic Period in France
The Vaour dolmen dates back to more than 5000 years, located in a limestone plateau dominating the broad horizons of the Tarn department in southern France. This megalithic monument served as a collective tomb in prehistoric times. In the Occitan language it is called Peyrelevade, which translates to "lifted stone". This video captures the exterior and interior of the dolmen with the pleasant colors of sunset.
