The 10th Adumbration is finished:

X Vinculum

Vinculum, painting by Sabina Nore

The 10 Adumbrations are available as signed giclées, either individually, or as a set.

I hope you like it!
Of course, it goes without saying, that comments, upvotes, and resteems are not only welcome, but appreciated! Otherwise, if a tree falls in a forest, and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? :)

~ Thank you ~

You tell me, who was right: Niels Bohr or Albert Einstein?
If I didn't happen onto this by deliberately looking what you were up to, does this blog exist?
Now it does (for me, and also for those who already voted), since I looked; and only because I was searching for Schrödinger's cat when I remembered to look into your box.

That's interesting and it makes me wonder, what the point is of a social network, if one has to deliberately go to a certain profile, in order to see what's new. That sounds a lot like paying a deliberate visit to a website, except that a website has many more possibilities for expression and presentation.
That reminds me of what I wrote in my Social Media article a while back. Most people follow so many others that the point of a selected network becomes mute. In a way, it's a smaller scale world wide web, with fewer options, and more limitations.

some interesting points here - but I cannot make heads or tails out of the Facebook news-feed (the stuff I would be interested in never shows up - I have to look for it) - and here on Steemit no difference, maybe even worse! Unless people engage with my posts, and then I look what they are up to, I never see my friends, so I rifle through my list of peeps I follow when I have the time to do so. The Steemit feed is actually not as bad - maybe I am following too many people. Wish I could make a secondary list of those I really want to get news from all the time.

If it works for you, it works for you.
I find it important to stop from time to time, and look. A kind of checkup whether it really does work for one, to make sure one isn't doing things purely out of habit.

Of course, I speak from a personal point of view (as we all do). It is, therefore, no more, nor less, than one person's opinion.

You know what does work for me?
Painting.
So I am going to get back to my painting now. :)

Have a lovely weekend!

I am working on that one - having a lovely weekend ..... haha, makes me think about Georg Carlin talking about "Have a Nice Day"
Seriously, after completing a painting, I usually have a down-time in the studio, but maybe I am too old to afford down-time .... so I should start tomorrow on a new project. Lots of it swirling around in my head.
Cheers

If I am not mistaken, you are exactly the same age as my father.
Looking at both my parents, they are not old, at all! The importance of age is overrated.

So, do what you feel like doing, and do it well!

I'm of the school that believes the tree does, indeed, make a sound. But I upvoted it anyway : )

Muy bella pintura. El enlace de los aros.
Todo el arte es hermoso. Feliz inicio de semana Sabina.

I really like this artwork, Sabina!

Thank you for the feedback, @feelisgood!
