Nacridan's "Feu Fol" (Fire Golem) Concept with different realisation steps

Another Illustration made for the french RPG webbased game Nacridan
during late 2012. (That was a nice project collecting art participations from different artists and integrating their designs ingame. Game is still active I think, but I haven't checked if they still seek for artists.)

That could have been the very last I made for Nacridan before retiring ; can't remember exactly :)

I remember how wild had become these flames though... I couldn't stop modifying that beast, always getting lost in the movement I wanted to give them and obtaining new shapes to play with.

I had to put a stop with a version I didn't really like, just because I knew that could last forever or until I had left only ashes on the picture...

I think that beast did reveal some inner pyromaniac sleeping deep in myself :D

Anyways, here are the different stages that this creature had known before the last one.
The image below, was better than the final one I think :)
All he work was done with Art Rage, except maybe the very first one, in which I recognize some GIMP brush stroke.
