Starting and posting own digital artworks besides university projects

Hello this is my first post on this site.

I recently started my own Instagram page with some of my artwork. I finished my second semester of graphic design and wanted to start own projects besides the projects I had to do for my university.

This piece with its minimalistic style should symbolism an "R" as an handsign.

How it was created:
I took a picture with my phone of me doing the handsign. After that I send it to my laptop and started doing the lines on Illustrator. I looked for the most important lines and left the ones which were not necessary. I made the image 1080x1080 pixels and exported it as jpg. on 60% so the file size is smaller without loosing to much of its sharpness.
