Rooibos - South Africa's wonder tea.

Rooibos tea is great choice for pregnant mothers, babies and toddlers and is becoming a popular choice for parents around the world.
You can add Rooibos tea to warm milk, breast milk, or formula to soothe baby's colic, tummy troubles, allergies, diarrhea, or insomnia.
Rooibos is 100% natural, caffeine free, very low in tannin, harmless and nutritious, with no colorants or preservatives. It is great on a hot day when served as iced tea.
To make the iced tea...
Add 1 - 2 teabags to boiling water.
Allow it to steep for 5-15 minutes, then cool.
Add fruit juices, soda water, your favorite wine, fresh fruit, spices or herbs. Honey works great as a sweetener.
Enjoy!
